Prime Minister Narendra Modi acquired his second dose of the Covid vaccine right this moment at Delhi’s AIIMS, 37 days after he obtained his first shot, and urged all eligible individuals to get inoculated.

PM Modi was the primary beneficiary on March 1 because the second part of nationwide vaccination towards coronavirus started.

Tweeting a photograph of him taking the vaccine, the Prime Minister stated vaccination is among the many few methods to defeat the virus.

“Acquired my second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at AIIMS right this moment. Vaccination is among the many few methods we’ve, to defeat the virus. In case you are eligible for the vaccine, get your shot quickly,” PM Modi tweeted and shared a hyperlink to the CoWin web site, a portal to register for the vaccine.

PM Modi has taken the home-grown Covaxin developed by Bharat Biotech and the Indian Council of Medical Analysis (ICMR), which has been linked to vaccine hesitancy due to its medical trials standing.

In contrast to his first dose, PM Modi was seen sporting a face masks this time as he took the shot.

The prime minister’s second vaccine dose was administered by two nurses, one in all whom had given him his first shot as effectively. P Niveda was seen holding PM Modi’s arm within the picture whereas Nisha Sharma administered the dose.
